I have a little friend,
As cute as he can be.
He rides inside my pocket,
And gases up at me.
Sometimes when I am lonely,
And feel there is no one there,
The wiggle in my pocket,
Seems to say he cares.
Some may think a rodent,
Is only but a pest.
But I have seen some other pets,
And a mouse is really best.
He doesn’t take much room up,
And kisses come for free.
My friend within my pocket,
Is just the friend for me.
